Accounting Manager

You will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and oversee daily operations of the accounting department. You'll be responsible for managing financial reporting, general ledger, and payroll functions, as well as coordinating with internal teams and external auditors.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, standards, and company policies
- Lead and mentor the accounting staff
- Implement internal controls and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Experience in corporate finance or business process management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Technical background or ability to understand complex technical contexts
