Inventory Custodian

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and release stocks and equipment with complete accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Prepare and submit shipment reports and other warehouse documents within the required timeline.
  • Maintain accurate recording of warehouse transactions, including WTS, Demo Checklist, SBTR, and ELF forms.
  • Ensure proper filing and organization of warehouse documents and master files.
  • Monitor and submit operational documents for approval within the specified schedule.
  • Lead and participate in scheduled physical inventory and stock counting activities.
  • Maintain proper arrangement, cleanliness, and organization of warehouse items following 5S standards.
  • Monitor and update stock cards to ensure inventory accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate movement, transfer, pull-out, and return of equipment and materials.
  • Ensure zero loss, unaccounted items, or discrepancies in warehouse inventory.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding stock requests, transfers, and inventory concerns.
  • Prepare monthly warehouse reports and documentation accurately and on time.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining quality warehouse service.
  • Perform other warehouse and logistics-related tasks assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
  • With experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics management is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in warehouse documentation, stock monitoring, and inventory procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for inventory and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in documentation and inventory transactions.
  • Ability to handle physical inventory, stock monitoring, and warehouse coordination.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
  • Familiar with warehouse safety, proper storage, and 5S implementation.
  • Honest, trustworthy, and capable of handling accountable items and records responsibly.
