Technical Team Leader

Responsibilities

• ● Assist in handling the operations together with the Manager of the Technical Maintenance and Implementation Group
• ● Answer inquiries of clients regarding maintenance, repair and implementation
• ● Scheduling and monitoring of activities of the team
• ● Ensure all activities are well documented
• ● Selling of SLA to existing out of warranty clients

Required Qualifications

• ● Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• ● Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others) is a MUST.
• ● At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• ● Willing to do field work
• ● Knowledgeable in computer operations (hardware and software)
• ● Knowledgeable in Structure Composition (Concrete & Steel Works) with exposure with AV equipment, industrial consoles and other engineering concepts.
• ● Physically fit, Healthy Body and Mentally Stable
• ● Flexible and open for extended working schedules including weekends (if needed especially with deadlines).
• ● AV Oriented, Network Oriented; System Oriented.
