3. Product Information, Specifications & Availability

We make every reasonable effort to display accurate product images, technical specifications (including pixel pitch, brightness levels measured in nits, refresh rates, IP ingress protection ratings, and panel dimensions), and feature descriptions across our Website and downloadable brochures.

However, please note the following:

  • Continuous Product Improvement: Display technology evolves rapidly. Avolution, Inc. reserves the right to modify specifications, component models, exterior bezel designs, or firmware configurations without prior written notice, provided that overall performance is equal or superior.
  • Illustrative Imagery: Product photos, 3D renderings, and video demonstrations are illustrative. Actual appearance, cabling layouts, and panel joinery may vary depending on project customizations, viewing distances, and installation methods.
  • Stock & Lead Times: Product availability, customized manufacturing lead times, and shipping schedules are subject to factory production and logistics timelines. Formal delivery schedules are established exclusively in written project agreements or purchase orders.

4. Quotations, Pricing & Commercial Contracts

All commercial transactions with Avolution, Inc. are governed by the following pricing and quotation principles:

  • Non-Binding Inquiries: Inquiries submitted via our Website contact forms, appointment scheduler, email, or our interactive AI chatbot (“Maria”) do not constitute a binding sales agreement or firm purchase order. Any estimated figures provided online or verbally are non-binding estimates.
  • Formal Quotations: Official pricing is provided through a formal, numbered written quotation issued by an authorized Avolution sales representative. Each quotation specifies its validity period (typically 15 to 30 calendar days), applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), payment terms, and delivery parameters.
  • Payment Terms & Downpayments: Custom manufacturing, hardware fabrication, and delivery typically require an agreed mobilization downpayment, milestone progress payments, and final acceptance payment upon commissioning, as detailed in the formal contract.
  • Institutional & Government Procurement: Avolution, Inc. is PhilGEPS-accredited. Transactions with Philippine government bodies, state universities, and local government units (LGUs) comply strictly with the provisions of Republic Act No. 9184 (Government Procurement Reform Act) and applicable bidding documents.

5. Site Survey, Engineering & Installation Readiness

Successful installation and optimal performance of indoor, outdoor, or architectural LED displays require strict adherence to site preparation protocols:

  • Site Inspection & Feasibility: Prior to fabrication or mounting, an authorized Avolution technical team may conduct a structural and electrical site assessment to inspect load-bearing capacities, environmental exposure, and cabling pathways.
  • Client Site Readiness: Unless explicitly included within Avolution’s contracted scope of work, the Client is responsible for ensuring the installation site has:
    • Dedicated electrical power supply with adequate circuit breaker capacity, surge protection, and stable grounding meeting our electrical load specifications;
    • Safe, clear, and unobstructed physical access to the mounting wall, truss, or structural framework;
    • All necessary permits, homeowner association approvals, building administration clearances, and local government clearances (e.g., building or sign permits);
    • Reliable internet connectivity (Ethernet or 4G/5G) at the controller location if remote content management or cloud CMS is deployed.
  • Installation Safety & Delays: Our technicians adhere strictly to occupational safety standards. If a site is deemed hazardous, structurally compromised, or lacks required power, Avolution reserves the right to suspend installation without penalty until the Client rectifies the site conditions.

6. Digital Signage & Cloud CMS Software

Where your purchase or service includes digital signage players, interactive kiosks, or cloud-based Content Management System (CMS) software, the following terms apply:

  • Software License: Avolution grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license or subscription to use the CMS software solely for managing displays contracted with Avolution. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to discover source code is strictly prohibited.
  • Client Content Responsibility: The Client retains sole responsibility and liability for all visual media, video feeds, graphics, text, and advertisements broadcast across the screens. Content must not infringe third-party copyrights or trademarks, contain defamatory or obscene material, or violate Philippine advertising and consumer protection standards.
  • Cloud Uptime & Internet Dependencies: Cloud CMS functions rely on third-party telecommunications, hosting providers, and client-side internet connections. While Avolution strives for maximum service availability, we do not warrant uninterrupted transmission during regional ISP outages, scheduled maintenance, or telco network disruptions.

7. Event Solutions & Rental Services

For Clients contracting Avolution for digital event LED screen rentals, stage displays, audio-visual equipment, and live technical staging:

  • Booking & Reservation: Event dates and equipment reservations are finalized only upon receipt of a signed Rental Agreement and the stipulated mobilization deposit.
  • Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations made within seven (7) days of a scheduled event may be subject to cancellation fees to cover logistics, reservation costs, and technician allocations. Rescheduling is subject to equipment and crew availability.
  • Equipment Custody & Venue Security: During the rental duration on-site, the Client is responsible for providing a secure venue environment, adequate weatherproofing (for outdoor setups against rain and wind), and protection against third-party vandalism or audience damage. The Client is liable for loss or irreparable damage to equipment caused by venue negligence or unauthorized attendee interference.
  • Technical Operators: Avolution provides qualified technical crew to operate and monitor rented equipment throughout the contracted event hours. Overtime charges apply if events exceed agreed schedules.

8. Warranty, Maintenance & After-Sales Support

Avolution, Inc. stands behind the engineering and quality of its display hardware. Standard after-sales warranties are governed by the following terms:

  • Warranty Coverage: All newly installed LED screens and digital signage hardware include a defined manufacturer’s warranty period (as stipulated in the sales contract) covering defects in materials and workmanship, including LED module lamp failures, receiving cards, internal power supply units, and send-box controllers.
  • Spare Parts & Maintenance: Standard projects include a spare parts allowance (e.g., spare LED modules, power units, receiving cards) to ensure rapid turnaround. Ongoing preventive maintenance contracts (SLA) are available for scheduled cleaning, thermal checks, calibration, and firmware updates.
  • Warranty Exclusions: Hardware warranties do not cover damage or failures resulting from:
    • Acts of God, force majeure, or severe environmental conditions (including typhoons, flooding, direct lightning strikes, earthquakes, and extreme saltwater corrosion exceeding IP ratings);
    • Unstable electrical grid supply, external power surges, incorrect line voltage, or lack of proper grounding;
    • Physical impact, structural building settlement, vandalism, fire, or accidental damage;
    • Unauthorized repair attempts, tampering, disassembly, or modification by personnel not certified in writing by Avolution, Inc.

All intellectual property rights associated with this Website and Avolution’s commercial assets are strictly protected:

  • Avolution Property: The Avolution name, brand identity, logo, domain names, website graphics, layouts, source code, product design blueprints, brochure literature, marketing videos, and technical documentation are the exclusive property of Avolution, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from Avolution, Inc.
  • Client Media & Trademarks: When Clients engage Avolution for content creation, ad placement, or custom software branding, the Client warrants that it owns or holds valid licenses for all submitted media, logos, and trademarks. The Client grants Avolution a limited license to format, optimize, and display such content solely for fulfilling the contracted services.
  • Portfolio Rights: Unless otherwise agreed in a written Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Avolution reserves the right to photograph or film completed screen installations and showcase them as portfolio case studies on our Website and marketing materials.
